- Countertop

- Cabinets
- It is covered with 18mm thick E1 environmental protection type trihydrogen plate and treated with 2mm (± 5%) thick PVC hot-melt waterproof edge banding. The edge of the edge band is rounded and modified.
- Drawer
- Adopting four-sided pumping wall and tapping joints, both sides are covered with E1 environmental protection type trihydrogen plate, and treated with edge banding waterproof sealing, four-sided groove connection is connected with the pumping wall, and the pumping wall is locked with the tapping screw When the handle is installed, the fixed locking screw needs to penetrate through the pumping wall and the tap, and the whole is locked to increase the strength. There are three sections of guide rails and limit devices on both sides of the drawer.
- Steel structure
- (1) The first class cold rolled steel plate is connected to high quality 40x60x1.5mm thick square steel tubes and other steel materials as the main support structure of the table. (2) Once the desk is connected to the chassis, it can support a load of 300 kg / m2. (3) Steel materials are treated by pickling, phosphating and plastic spraying to avoid corrosion of metals. (4) The horizontal adjustment feet are attached to the front and rear of the vertical frame on the ground, and the adjustment height is more than 30 mm. (5) The column section of the steel frame is welded and sealed with a homogeneous steel plate.
- Hardware fittings

- Sink
- Adopt the PP acid and base resistant water tank made in Taiwan special for laboratory, with PP drip head, which is also equipped with PP filter gasket, filter cage made of PP and a plastic water stop
- Faucets
- It adopts a three port tap made in Taiwan. The body of the pipe is made of brass alloy. The surface is treated with resistance to acids and alkalis and an anti-rust treatment. Can withstand the maximum water pressure: 147 P.S.I, There are 3 water outlets, the outlet is made of PVC material, which can be detached to clean the blockage
- Reagent rack
- A square steel pipe bent from a 40mm x 100mm premium cold rolled steel plate. The thickness is 1.2mm. The surface is pickled, phosphated and sprayed with epoxy resin powder for an anti-corrosion treatment and an acid and alkaline corrosion treatment. The reagent rack laminates use high quality 10mm thick tempered glass. Edge has 32mm x 16mm aluminum alloy profile to prevent reagent bottle from falling
- Power socket
- Adopt a special multifunctional laboratory outlet. The socket has a security door, suitable for all kinds of instruments
- Door Plank
- 18mm environmental protection-type trihydrogen plate at level E1, covered and treated with waterproof hot-melt PVC edge bands of 2 mm (± 5%)
